Competent in employing experimental designs to guide the measurement of marketing metrics. My experience includes developing measurement systems for social media. My past methods have successfully helped individuals identify key behaviors for success. In the narrative of consumer behavior, empathetic-centered design is crucial. By applying a single-subject methodology, I boosted my Instagram followers from 1,900 to 4,300, a 126.32% increase, and my YouTube subscribers from 2,100 to 7,000, marking a 233.33% increase.

Partnering with me offers a significant advantage: my deep understanding goes beyond basic principles of behavior. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I possess expert knowledge in behavior analysis. This allows me to effectively disseminate content to the ABA niche as intended.. My expertise extends across various subspecialties, a level of specialization a generic marketer cannot provide in the ABA niche. For instance, I have applied my marketing skills to projects for providers specializing in Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), Parent Training Courses, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

As part of the non-board marketing committee for the California Association of Behavior Analysis (CalABA), I managed the organization’s Instagram account with others while primarily generating content on a given schedule leading up to their annual conference.
As a team, our collaborative efforts led to a 11893.3% increase increase in reach (1.5k to 179.9k) and attracted 319 new followers in the month leading up to the conference. My role involved implementing content strategies through GFX and VFX that was developed and individualized to their theme, “Turning Inspiration into ACTION.” During this time, I worked closely with behavior analysts to tailor content based on their feedback before publication.

Why does a Behavioral intervention work for Tics?
To start, it's essential to recognize that tics are primarily involuntary. Those with tic disorders often don't even realize they're exhibiting these behaviors because they occur so naturally.
From the perspective of behaviorism, negative reinforcement plays a crucial role. This occurs when removing an unpleasant stimulus after a behavior makes that behavior more likely to recur.
It’s a bit like taking out the trash; you remove the bad smell to make your environment more pleasant, thus reinforcing the act of taking the trash out.
With tics, the situation can be more complex.
The key is pinpointing precisely what is unpleasant or triggering; that way, behavioral designs can be made to minimize their impact.
Although tics are fundamentally neurological in nature, they still adhere to basic behavioral principles!
